1. General Terms

By making a purchase or requesting services from Acropolis Trade LTD, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern all transactions and apply to all invoices issued by Acropolis Trade LTD.

3. Product Authenticity & Warranty

All products sold are authentic and come with a guarantee of originality and physical integrity. We ensure that each handmade carpet and artisan craft meets the highest quality standards.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full as per the invoice terms.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as applicable.

For consulting and design services, a deposit may be required before work commences.

5. Order Processing, Service Delivery & Timeline

Product orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.

For design and consultation services, project timelines will be agreed upon before commencement.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Product Returns: Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery if the product is found defective or does not meet the stated specifications.

Service Refunds: Payments for consulting and design services are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, adjustments or revisions may be provided based on the service agreement.

Cancellations: 

Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

Any design or consultation provided by Acropolis Trade LTD remains our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute designs or consultation materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with UK law.
