3. Product Authenticity & Warranty
All products sold are authentic and come with a guarantee of originality and physical integrity. We ensure that each handmade carpet and artisan craft meets the highest quality standards.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full as per the invoice terms.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as applicable.
For consulting and design services, a deposit may be required before work commences.
5. Order Processing, Service Delivery & Timeline
Product orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
